How did you two meet?
In 2021, I had joined Interpals as I was learning Hangul [Korean Language] and wanted to practice via real conversations. A few months in and making friends, talking to people from different counties I landed on his profile, and thought he is cute. I read about his interests and I think as soon as I saw he mentioned ‘the mummy’ [the movie] in his bio, I was like yes! Let’s send him a message. That’s when he was looking at my profile and we both started typing a message to send each other at the same time for the first time.

How did you survive long-distance?
